It always bugs me when a mail order or internet company charges $15.00 S&H and the item comes with a $3.75 Stamp!

Payment Policy
 
Right now I offer Two options for ordering and paying:

1) The best, fastest, and safest way is to order and pay online using your credit card or checking account via PayPal. Simply click on the "Add To Cart" button beneath the item description. When you checkout you will be asked a few questions for Security purposes.  If you are already a PayPal member you will be asked for your password.  PayPal is safer than ever and being a member comes in very handy more often than you might think.

2) E-mail me your request, I will confirm your order and total and respond by E-mail then you can send a money order made payable to Paul W. Hartnagel for the total amount.

If you have ANY questions at all, feel free to E-mail me and I will reply usually within 24 minutes to 24 hours (except Sundays).

What To Expect After You Order.
 
1. Expect an automated Thank You email and then a personal thank you with your TSG order number the next business day or sooner.
2. Expect your shipment within seven to fifteen days.
3. Expect a follow-up email, if I do not hear from you first, just to confirm that you are a satisfied customer who will both return yourself and refer others to me.
 

Return / Exchange Policy 

All orders are considered "special orders" each one is processed with UNPARALLELED PERSONAL SERVICE, and as such, no returns or refunds can be allowed at these prices. Exchanges are made only in the event of incorrect fulfillment or manufacturing defect.
